Chef Na’s passion for cooking began in childhood, shaped by an early connection to Thai cuisine and its distinctive flavors and techniques.
Over time, this interest evolved into a lifelong pursuit, leading her to pursue formal culinary training and to continue refining her craft.
With over 37 years of experience, she has developed her skills through both hands-on practice and guidance from respected Thai culinary mentors, building a deep understanding of traditional Thai cuisine.
Her cooking reflects a quiet confidence, shaped by time, experience, and a genuine respect for tradition.
